Ryazan

Ryazan is a city in the Central Federal District of Russia, the administrative center of Ryazan Oblast. It is located on the Oka River 196 km south-east of Moscow. The strategic bomber base Dyagilevo is found just west of the city, and the abandoned air base of Aleksandrovo is to the southeast as is the small Ryazan Turlatovo Airport. Some of the main attractions of Ryazan include: Uspenski Cathedral, the Bell Tower, Foreign War Memorial and the Pyaniy Park.
